finally heard my baby's heartbeat w/the fetal doppler I bought. my son is going to be so excited when he gets home & I tell him the news! ♡ I've been curious about something for those who also have a doppler. if your having a boy is your baby's heart rate under 140? & for a girl over that? I saw 157-9 & got really excited for a girl! I still have close to 7 weeks to find out what we're having! (:

ohhhh that's cool ur only a few weeks further then me my two girls had high heart rates my sons was slower idk bout this baby yet

it never went over that? I don't remember my sons heart rate. I never really paid much attention to the # @jacey3

with my first son is was pretty consistent 140 and when it came time to deliver his heart rate went to 160. now with my second boy on the way it's been about the same. I've never heard that a heart rate meant difference in gender.

My daughter is right around 140 and when I first heard her heart beat at 11 weeks it was 130, I thought for sure she was a boy because of it lol

@samclark5, bummer I guess it's another thing that all depends on each inidividual.. I was so excited lol
