I'm 19 about to be 20 and I'm pregnant with my first child. People keep telling me how much a baby is going to ruin my life and it's gonna be a burden and that makes me so sad. Granted I know finishing college is gonna be pushed back for me but why would people think of a child as a burden. But all the negativity is just pushing me to do the best for me and my baby and prove people wrong 👌🏾 my baby is not a burden or an obstacle to me. They are just another driving force pushing me to do my best in everything I'm doing!

I know how that feels, I'm 17 and won't be 18 till December... everyone tells me that or worse... and I'm still in high school... I know. and I'm sorry people are treating you like that, a baby is a blessing, no matter how old you are... That's what I think!! ❤💓💪 @awilson43

It's very easy to push negativity onto someone. Don't listen to them. Just continue striving to be the best you can be! I'm almost 22 years old, my fiance is 34 and we're currently at 18 weeks pregnant. Everyone is telling us how it's going to ruin our lives and that can make it difficult to be happy about it all. Just enjoy your pregnancy and remember you're doing the most fulfilling thing in this world. Also, CONGRATULATIONS!:)

Baby is always a blessing, and finishing school is still possible...just different is all. I've got a few years of part-time school left, but baby is worth it. :) It's nice when people are encouraging instead of discouraging like that.

I'm about to be 20 too. I sometimes think negative myself but I'm always able to change it and make myself realize that I'm not "missing" out on anything, I'm just adding to my life and gaining so much more. You'll be okay! 😊

I was 19 when I had my daughter...of it wasn't for those negative people and my daughter I would have been a drop out and never got my diploma. I'm not happily married for 6 months to my high school sweetheart and we are 30 weeks pregnant with out 2nd( a boy!) After I have my son I will be starting collage... If it wasn't for both the good and bad people telling me what I could and couldn't do I would have never been able to find out what I was capable of and wanted for myself and my family. keep your head up! you got this!

I'm 19 gonna be 20 next month (hopefully baby comes soon after) and people who think that just don't understand what a blessing babies are. I have no problem with having a baby first then my career. stay positive and just smile in the most evil way possible like "you don't bother me" :)

they dont ruun your life! im 21, had my son at 20 & its the best thing ive experienced.... im about to be an RMA & RPT. you can still accomplish goals if you put your mind to them.
