QUESTION:  I would like some responses ASAP please... Is there any chance you can go into labor and haven't lost your mucus plug yet?! i keep having terrible lower back pains.. i dont want to go to the hospital if it's nothing...

Yes as I didn't with my 2nd. I thought it was false labour because I hadn't lost my plug, but I went in anyways and was 6cm dilated!

I didn't lose mine with my daughter had the woooorst back pain and my water didn't break either it just dribbled a bit I thought I was just a little pee

@ev14,  thank you hun! ive been trying to keeo track, most of them  (my contractions ) are approximately 8 mins apart... im going to have a bath to see if it helps any...

Yes, the mucus plug doesn't really mean anything. Some people don't lose it at all & go into labour, some even lose it a month before they have their baby :)
