help please some advice! ok this is embarassing I seem to be stuck on the floor. omg the pain but im literally tearing up lauging at myself. not sure why its funny but anyway. ive been doing house work for about 3 hours (going up and down stairs) and my stomach started cramping to where I needed a break. it hurts alot could it be because I was cleaning so long and I probably need to drink water? (currently stuck on the floor because I laid to relieve stomach cramps and feel baby kicks and got a painful knot in my back right hip cant move really)
