Mine feels like just an overall tightness. that lasts minutes at a time sometimes. If I'm particularly busy and walking A LOT and haven't had enough water then it gets painful. Mine will be a painful cramp from my hip to my ribs that makes it hard to breath. Kind of like a really really bad gas cramp lol
