Anyone deal with their baby having thrush?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

we're giving her nystatin and it worked wonders on her tongue. but the spots under her top lip and in her cheek just aren't going away!

which I don't get cus they're tiny little dots especially compared to the patch that had been on her tongue.
