is it normal for the baby to kick hard some days and some days u barely feeling them? and why dose my stomach get really hard sometime feels like I have a rock as a stomach and it goes away in like 5 min?

Hate stomach issues really suck. Like I cant go a full day with out my stomach hurting. Like most days it tolerable but there days it feels it like someone is stabbing me in the stomach with a knife.
