
6 days pp! Going for our first walk today since birth. Definitely want to get back down to my prepregnancy weight
@unbecomingme, thank you! My doctor encouraged me to start walking and doing some light stretches and exercises at home. So I'm definitely keeping it light so I have time to heal :)
Yay, momma! Just be sure not to push yourself too hard, it's more important for you to heal properly than getting back to that prepregnancy weight! You are beautiful no matter what!!
