I wonder the same thing. At my 20 week u/s he was breech still and I think he still is. He kicks my cervix and bladder and the time and jams his head into my lungs. Then sometimes it seems like he's sideways.

ahh! yeah yesterday i threw up and i feel like she flipped cuz she was kicking like low down at my cervix and bladder it hurts so bad when she does that. but then today i only feel movement at the top of my ribs

i think at my 24 week us tech said she was head down. but i have no idea how to tell even now that shes bigger

I have an appointment tomorrow and I was going to ask if she could tell by feeling. From what I read alot of people say they have alot of pressure down there and I don't so I can only assume he's still breech. The doctor won't give me anymore u/s either so it's all a guess on my part.
