Try to cool your body down with a cold rag and maybe some cough drops, soup, and some water to ease everything else. And please rest. How long have you had your fever and do you have any other symptoms other than the coughing? If you're sick for more than a day go to the doctor

@summershantaee23, @raegenice I don't have insurance so I can't go to the dr. Low fever showed up this morning. I'm just worried about my son

@stacydoffin, for now baby boy should be fine but if you're sick for more than a day or two as you are you need to talk to someone. Keep taking that acetaminophen (Tylenol). That's on a be your best friend when ever you're sick

I've got a terrible cold right now, and I've been doing the same coughing/gagging thing. I'm taking regular mucinex though to help. The only ingredient is gauifenesin. (The other types of mucinex have ingredients that raise your blood pressure, so the only one pregnant women can take is the one with gauifenesin) look into it & hopefully it will help!

You can also ask your local pharmacist what you can take!

you can take sudafed, and just make sure to drink water and or gatorade. chicken noodle soup is good too, it will give you fluids.

basically any fluids you can keep down
