How does traveling with an infant work ? I hope this doesn't sound stupid but I would assume you don't pay for a flight ticket for a newborn well 4 month old?? Or do you ? I'm looking to travel to Miami or west palm beach in August. Help lol

under 24 months fly free on ir lap if u want a seat for them then u pay

i traveled to Dominican Republic many times not paying for my son until he was 2 yrs old.

If your baby is going to sit on your lap then you don't need to pay for a ticket for them until they are 2... just make sure when you are buying the ticket you put them down as a lap infant (it will ask if you are traveling with an infant and ask for their name and birthdate).

It depends on airline. The only one I saw that fly free under two was southwest. They allow baby on your lap. Other than that, if you want a seat you pay.
