I have a dumb question, but I'm bout to be 36 weeks this week. And my nephew 4th birthday is tomorrow, his party is 4-5 hours away. I feel like I can't miss it. But I'm worried about going away for the whole weekend when my mother is taking her car to go out. My dad never answers. I have never missed one of his birthdays. Do anyone think this is a bad idea?

Personally, my doctor would tell me not to go, but each doctor & pregnancy is different. i would check with your doctor as see where he/she stands. If you decide to go, make sure you stop every hour & a half to two hours to stretch your legs to prevent blood clots and see if you can take a copy of your pregnancy file, just in case something should happen.

I'm waiting to make my final decision after my appointment. But, my nephew is like one of my own kids. And auntie can't disappoint

I would definitely talk to your dr, I was 36 weeks and my Dr told me I could go to an indoor water park (no slides for me of course) 2 hours away
