Ok so I have literally been up all night, sitting in my rocking chair, rocking Jade. She wakes up…

First of all: love her name! || My daughter has those nights. She could be teething, or a growth spurt maybe. When that happens to me, I always give her a warm bath. I don't wash her hair or her body, I just let her soak in the warm water. I dim the lights. And then, I have lavender lotion I rub all over her. I will also use some baby Vicks rub sometimes. Even when she's not congested, I think the smell just calms her. And then I give her a nice big warm bottle. All of this while the lights are dim or off. If you think she's gassy, then I would toss a swaddle blanket or a small towel into the dryer until it get warmed up, and then hold it against her tummy.. That will help her to release any gas she has. Hope you can get some sleep soon!

Lol thanks! Her full name is Jade Noelle ☺️ ... An I do believe she is teething but she has been for a while, so I didn't think thats what was causing this. She actually got her first tooth when she was 2 months old. But I think you may be right about the growth spurt. I will defiantly try the bath an Vicks tomorrow night! It's just weird cause she acted normal all day. @jennatess

@alaynajanae, probably a growth spurt then. She probably only really calms down enough at night to actually feel the pain of it..bless her heart. The Baby Vicks will probably help a lot.
