My aunt had a baby a few years back now that was born with a cleft lip and cleft palette. Her doctor noticed it on her ultrasound and informed her on what was going to happen and what to expect. If your doctor hasn't said anything about your baby having a cleft lip then I wouldn't worry too much :)
