starting a new meal plan tomorrow. I'm drinking two ensure daily on top of increasing meals. any other suggestions to help me gain weight? I so badly want to gain at least ten more pounds.

Had a wic appointment & the lady told me to eat 4-5 meals a day i looked at her & laugh.. They two meals I eat a day are big meals so they make up lol lik lady im trying lose weight not gain 😂😂
How much weight did you mommas gain during your pregnancies? My doc says I need to slow down, which I understand and can do that... I guess I just let it get away from me! I’m 22w5d and have gained 27 pounds 😳😳. I’m going to start meal planning and really watching what I eat!
20 weeks and I haven't gained a pound, mind you I lost 30 because of #hyperemesisgravidarum but now that I'm eating small meals and growing a bump I should be gaining? Thank you baby boy for sucking life out of me, still love u 💙💙
