Doctors keep pushing vbac but I have heard nothing but horror stories. Kinda freaking out.

I have had 2 c-sections and I would take vbac any day! They are way less painful and less recovery. With the c-section I couldn't hold my baby right away, or sit right in a bed, I threw up from pain meds, I couldn't sleep because the incision hurt, and I could barely walk. Now the experience is different for everyone, I had to have staples vs stitches which was more painful. I wanted vbac so bad both times, it certainly would have made after delievery a lot easier! If the doctors arnt worried about your size, you should be good, its amazing what our bodies can do, not to mention I dont think size matters much, I was plus size and my pelvis wasn't big enough to have a baby that way.

My 1st c-section was an emergency one, & I'm having another in April, I must say the experiences are definitely different for everyone. At 1st I was terrified, but it ended up not being too bad! You know you've had a c-section before I'm guessing, ice heard by alot of people that the 2nd time around is easier.. My Dr kept pushing for a vbac as well, but I stood firm I want a repeat c-section, I have my reasons as well
