How can you tell your dehydrated would I know?

Ur head would hurt n you'd feel dizzy also ur pee would be very yellow

Well I'm experiencing 2 of the 3.. I haven't used the bathroom yet. @mrsmord

I always get Braxton hicks when im dehydrated

Dark pee.. Dizziness , headache , and you may feel really thirsty.

if you think you're dehydrated then drink 8oz of water and see if that helps.

Okay. Flavored drinks wouldn't work? I don't even think I had water today probably a very small cup. Maybe thats the problem because I really don't feel good 😖 & I feel thirsty still after I drink the flavored drinks. @mrsmord @caitlinnalexis @maybabyboy

Maybe Gatorade ? But the best is water I hate water but I learned to like it and drink alt of it it's safer for you and baby

add fruit to your water :-) lemon, strawberry, lime, mint, etc. I don't know what you mean by flavored drinks, but carbonation can dehydrate you, so it depends on what you're drinking.

Ok thanks & I love water its just i noticed I barely drunk any today. & Yeah I had juice and soda today. 😵 Thats all that was around, I'm going to get to some water like now. @mrsmord @maybabyboy

Yeah get like a pack of water bottles or something always have a bottle near by
