i had my baby 10 days i had a second degree tear so have stitches am i okay to take a bath?

I think I'm good. I rushed to the er like 2 days after being home for a high fever to find out I have an infection in my uterus so I think I'm good on no baths and don't want anymore infections this one's been horrible.
