Called out for work today, and the lady from the temp agency asked why I was missing so much work, mind you I only missed today and Friday I left early because I was dizzy and nausea, as I'm in the middle of talking she says "Doesn't matter cause whatever the reason its unacceptable" then HANGS UP IN MY FACE! It took everything in me not to call back and give that old hag a piece of my fucking mind yo. No she doesn't know I'm pregnant cause she doesn't fucking listen or pay attention either cause its pretty obvious that I am but my manager and supervisor basically everyone else at work knows. My manager is cool with me going to my appointments but I have to go through the temp agency for aproval for everything and that lady just doesnt like me for some reason man. I just wish I was in a good place financially so I didn't have to work right now.
All I want to say is for those moms that are blessed to be able to take maternity leave DO NOT take it for granted. Working all the way up until I go into labor basically is HARD. Its stressful physically and emotionally.

Stay strong! When I was pregnant with my daughter I left my job at State Farm but then I had to go back to work and worked many other temp jobs and every last one was nasty to me because I was pregnant. Smh...but stay strong because soon it will all pay off

The temp services are pissy when you miss work because if you aren't working they aren't getting paid. Mine was like that too!

I'm trying, I have no other choice but to stick it out. its just crazy that she's so nasty and rude to me like that but doesn't even know I'm pregnant or hell maybe she has noticed idk but I don't think she knows @nikylasmith

oooh really OK I get it then, I didn't know that but her rudeness is on another level. I've had some bad bosses before and can usually brush it off but this lady makes my blood boil so bad @07jessica

I hated my temp service! I called out one day in 9 months because I had a stomach virus. I even called the place I was working at first and asked them if they wanted me to come in and they said absolutely not and they were still assholes about it

wow, see that's exactly how it is at my job...the client is so cool and understanding but the temp agency are a bunch of asses! I stick it out everyday going in there cause this past month has been challenging but today it was no way I could've stick it thru @07jessica

You're right, but I've lost my cool with this baby lol. Good for you though for keeping it together. Although next time you see her, I'd tell her that I was pregnant and likely to need days off for appointments and what not. Maybe she'll straighten her attitude up.
