not working. I have severe anxiety so at this moment my heart is pounding my Bp is through the roof and my stomach has been tight and cramping the last 30 minutes

@hermommy just make sure they don't last too too long. if they do id call your doctor.

@hermommy if you are having contractions that are consistent for longer than two hours call your doctor for sure.

Yeah they can monitor it they put u on a monitor where they can see how close the contractions are
