so i live with my 2 kids and im 30 weeks pregnant and my brother and his girlfriend and they baby we all live in a to bedroom town home....my brothers girlfriend is very lazy she don't want to clean up. my brother cooks he leaves dishes in the sink for 3 days and I end up having to clean. they don't pay no bills just because they're down on they luck and out and I'm trying to help. his girlfriend she act like everything has to be her way every time I start cleaning up they start to look at me like I'm crazy and tell me to go sit down I'm pregnant after the facts clean the whole f****** house..... I really just had to get that out driving me f****** crazy

my fiances cousin and his wife did the same thing. they would literally have the sink overflowing and wouldnt wash them for days so i would have to. thankfully they moved out! but my fiances dad moved his girlfriend in and she is a HOARDER so its no better. plus more drama.

okay sweetheart I understand they are your family and that's your brother's girlfriend but you need to tell her and him that they need to start cleaning up after themselves they're not paying the bills they need to be the one doing the housework since they're not doing anything to contribute in bills I currently don't work and don't want to but my boyfriend doesn't make enough for me to be a stay-at-home mom but he's letting me not having to work while pregnant and he's even giving me 3 months to be at home with my baby girl and then I have to go back to work you know what I do when I'm at home I clean since he's making all the money I also cook every once in awhile goodbye every once in awhile I basically made every night maybe one or two days a week I don't cook sweetheart step up for yourself tell your lazy brother and your lazy brother girlfriend get the fuck up off their asses and get some stuff done around the house or kick them to the streets also tell them to get up and look for a fucking job I had a job before I got pregnant and quit because I was miserable and was not handling it very well your brother's girlfriend is not pregnant and neither is your brother trust me you will get frustrated and you will gets upset you don't need all that extra stress out on you while pregnant trust me for I know from experience

You are being kind to let them stay at your place while they're down on their luck, but I think that you need to set some serious boundaries. Just because they're having a rough time doesn't mean they can be lazy slobs. Set some chores, since they wanna act like you're their mom and you need to clean up after them, then you can treat them like kids. Don't let them walk over you just because he's your brother. Gotta give some tough love sometimes.
