Orange & Rockland (electric company) sends me a letter March 12th (Saturday) talking about I haven't paid my electric bill & it will get shut off if I don't pay it.. Mind you I payed online with my boyfriends credit card not this Saturday that just past but the other one the money was taken out of the account March 7th (Monday) so I check online it says they received the payment March 7th but still saying I owe the amount. They need to get their shit together the money was taken out of the account they ain't playing nobody over here!!! 🖕🏻🖕🏻

They suck !!! They called me the other day for the same thing. When I told her we paid it she went oh I'm sorry I do see that now. Ugh

Hopefully we'll have our car back by tomorrow so I can go to the bank & get a copy of what we've used the card on because that's the only proof we have that we did the payment & that they took it out the account. Better not come shut me off with two little boys & a pregnant women at home especially after they took that money out of the account 😒@kamangano
