You'll be okay. ☺️ Just don't be like me. I asked for an epidural at 8 cm out of fear. I felt nothing, but I was scared that if I did want it, it would already be too late.

It wasn't bad for me. The contractions, I slept through those and I woke up when I was 8 cm cause I had to pee lol.

you cant even notice it until the contractions gets worst. its not bad:)
