I Work as a housekeeper , never had a miscarriage. Can it harm my baby or cause a miscarriage? From all the waking and bending I'm 10 weeks

That's good. Doesn't sound dangerous. Definitely stay hydrated and sit down when you need to if you get crampy. If it starts causing problems I'd bring it up to your OB/midwife.

@cmbwalker, yea the chemicals are like windex and like a kinda pinsol nothing strong. Or anything of that sort. I opened the windows once I walk in . Pretty chill just never worked or moved as much as I am while pregnant my belly does get crampy at times .

Also, pay attention to what chemicals you're using and make sure you're always in a well ventilated area when using them. The chemicals of cleaning would be more dangerous that the physical part do the job.

No, I'm a baker and I am constantly bending, lifting things and pushing heavy racks full of dough around. As always if you lift anything bend at the knees not the back, and if you have to strain to lift it , find some help. I'm 30 weeks and have been working since the beginning and don't plan to go on maternity leave until 38 weeks. It's actually a good way to help stay in shape in my opinion.
