I love this, too many people look at c-section mamas negatively and say "oh you took the easy way out" I want to look at them and say "easy way my @$$ I had major freaking surgery to bring my child into this world, it felt like I was still being ripped open when I woke up (first time was emergency), not to mention the pain I felt when I laughed, sneezed, coughed anything... and I still had all that wonderful bleeding"

@sarahdrew, exactly! I'm sick of hearing people down mother's who had c-sections for whatever reason, it's like you said major surgery, healing time is ridiculous & the pain is ridiculous like.. I guess it's something people won't understand unless they've been through it

that's very true, I had one of my husbands nephews (he had just turned 19) as me "you had a c-section, so it was easier for you right?" I could go off on the poor kid so I said "actually it's a lot harder. your mom had one when she had you, you could ask her as well. but it's a lot more pain and it's major surgery" he was like "wow I didn't know it was major surgery."

I had to have a csection, tomorrow will be a week since. It is definitely not the easy way out.

@sarahdrew, yeah it's ridiculous how people who don't know always put in their 2 cents about "how easy it is" or anything negative it pisses me off like 🖕 lol

@teemarie1994, definitely not! I had an emergency c-section with my Angel baby last year & I'm having another one in April & it's tough!

my spinal didn't hurt with my second.... I was scared the first time, because my son was going to be early.... and then I had to be completely put under

lol I felt the same way.... and my nicu hospital was an hour away but thankfully they had rooms we could rent there for a really cheap price
