6 months but ask you doctor. Every child develops differently. Most babies do not have the gag reflex to swallow until 6 months and their bellies cant digest solid foods either. Also babies don't start breating threw their noses until around 6 months as well; learned that when me and my sister brought her daughter into the doctors for a cough at 4 months.

it all depends on the baby. my daughter I did 3 months ceareal and veggies. but my son I waited a lot longer and my other girl I did at 4 or5 months
