Still looking for a home to rent! (No apartments, & must have backyard)

2bd/1bth at least, $950 a month, in UC, Converse, Windcrest, Kirby, or Live Oak. We have two dogs both under 30 pounds and full grown, kennel trained, & potty trained. Depending on deposit amounts we could move in now or at the latest by April 15th. Anyone know of any houses that meet this criteria? Thanks in advance!

(Yes I've tried the rental apps, & craigslist all homes that meet our needs are in unfavorable areas)
