Omg yes!!! Husband and I tried for a year! Everytime id be close to my period id have a ton of pregnancy symptoms I even was late by like a week and so I would buy tests and get my hopes up everytime and then end up getting my period this went on for a year until I we stopped trying however I was taking prenatals because we were going to start trying again in a couple months I was having cramps like normal before a period and realized my period was 2 weeks late.. Took a test and came up positive!! I had no pregnancy symptoms at all however after I found out the morning sickness started IMMEDIATELY

The month I was SURE I was about to get my period because I knew it was pms symptoms it wasn't and I was pregnant. Every other month I swore I had pregnancy symptoms but it was pms lol

When I was pregnant with my twins I didn't even suspect I was. I never had any symptoms. I was 4 days late, but my friends were all late too and I Had been hanging out with these two individuals a lot so I thought maybe our bodies were just getting in sync, but I took a test just to see and it came out positive immediately. I only had nausea for two weeks (weeks 6-8) too.

My nipples hurt and I was crampy. My mom was like you're probably pregnant and I was like no way! And sure enough a week later I was like oh my gosh! Haha

@aprilchristine, yes I had some light cramps but I also had a surgery a week and a half before I found out I was pregnant so I may have missed some of the symptoms because of all the medications I was on and being sick

They are so similar, it's hard to tell! My boobs hurt abnormally worse when I got pregnant though

I had cramps and sore breast and I even started wanting a Coke to drink and that only happens before my period but I guess I was wrong lol

my boobs were sore, I was extremely tired, and twinges in uterus

The biggest differences between PMS and pregnancy for me were how sore my breasts were (sleep in a bra sore and rock hard nips 24/7) and how tired I was. My period never made me feel like a zombie the way early pregnancy did. I also looked like I hadn't showered in days because my face and hair got so greasy.
