I really hate my landlord he's the worst landlord anyone can have our air conditioner hasn't been working for almost a week now and he won't fix it this pregnant girl isn't happy I'm very eardable it's like 90 something degrees in here! I'm so glad our lease is up in November bc we are getting out of here if we make it till then! But on the other hand my wonderful fiancé is getting us Burger King for lunch since it's to hot to cook!

has the filter on the furnace been checked? (I'm assuming it's central air) has the outdoor unit been cleaned? my husband owns his own hvac business and I'm trying to think of quick fixes for you mama

check your lease, there should be a section about landlord responsibilities that you can refer to, and demand that he fix it. usually heating and cooling issues are considered an emergency and have to be fixed within a reasonable time. also, keep records of when you report things to him. he is breaking your lease if he doesn't do what it says he will do.

@sarahdrew, my fiancé looked at it and he found out the problem it needs freon I think that's how it is spelled he knows how to fix it but doesn't have the things to do it and to get all of it cost way to much but my landlord says he will fix it today but if he doesn't I will call someone to do it and make him pay for it no matter the price this mama ain't happy anymore ha
