it might help y ou to bounce on a ball or the edge of your bed. could bring baby lower and help you open up. also walk alot.

After three days of induction for my little girl my doctor was going to plan a c section if the Last thing they were going to try didn't work. Of course I was frustrated and upset so my doctor told me that might just be the ticket. To cry and get mad. Well as soon as they left the room I cried and cried then I fell asleep and a half hour later I woke up because my water broke! And my doctor I couldn't believe what she said actually happened it was pretty cool lol
