How do I deal with a neighbor that’s in the apartment under mines that plays loud music 🎶 constantly every day , n night like deep bass Shakes my apartment. My landlord is an old ass n can’t speak or understand much English!! N I have called the police 👮 two different occasions already!! Am almost about to bring my daughter into this world 🌎!!!
