It wasn't super heavy it was like a period but a very very light period but I did have to wear tampons to keep from soaking through pants. Tmi but usually my blood is really thick and goopy when my period comes but this time it was very thin and was almost like pee thin.

No if you think you're pregnant and you are bleeding that badly go to the hospital immediately!!
