that's what I thought. he wants 50/50 custody but never wanted her, acts like he Still doesn't want her..has held her a handful of times, won't change diapers or wake up w her, he'll have his mom do everything. why would I give him 50/50? sorry I'm venting. @torinicole.t

No it's okay and makes sense why you really wouldn't want to give him that much custody. First if he's not in the birth certificate, he'd have to prove to a judge or something that he's the father. Either by you two agreeing to it and signing papers or him taking a paternity test. If he really wanted custody that's something he'd half to do first. Otherwise he's not in there so it's all your say right now

If you say he really doesn't do much then I wouldn't say so. But if you do say no to signing and he wanted to take a paternity test. Then he would have some sort of say.
