@kalimom, I was so upset that I had to have one. I didn't even think about mentally preparing for it because to me it wasn't an option.. Did u have it scheduled? Or how far into labor did you get? I was only 3cm and wasn't even in active labor but his heart rate would drop off the monitor and my water broke before anything began..
I had two VBAC it is an amazing experience. It is not that bad at all . The risk aren't very high either . Unless you have certain health problems . However find a doctor wiling to work with you . I'm so glad I did the VBAC
@myliltadpole1116, I had a scheduled one. she was breached & she loved my ribs. I didn't experience any labor pains or anything that goes along .lol @missa7 Ive been thinking about that for when I have another. My daughter is a few months over 1, is there a certain time to wait from having a c section?
My doctor told me a year . My son turned a year and we started trying 4 months later I was pregnant . Then 4 months after my 2nd child I was pregnant with our 3rd . Your doctor will let you know if they think you will be good candidate for it .

I had to have a c-section with Lucas( my first ) and hope that when the time comes to add a sibling that I'll be able to have a vbac
