i have to take two every night, due to bad pelvis and back. paracetamol is fine to take while pregnant @hawkie75 x

You can take paracetamol at any point during pregnancy. It's about the only thing you can take. But I wouldn't recommend using it on excess. Doctor told me as long as you stick to the guidelines on the packet. X

@stacey804, thanks so much, so you could in theory have 2 every four hours if you really needed it? I only had one mind and seems to be easing off so I'm glad. I'm hoping it's not the beginnings of a virus that my son is off sick from school with you see? Hoping I'll escape it xxx

Yeah. But I didn't want to take to much either. I had a bad virus before Christmas when I was about 14 weeks. Went to the doctor and just said rest, water and paracetamol. Easier said then done though 😂 but yeah, I didn't take as much as was recommended, I just took the one to get my temperature down xx
