So I tried the evening primrose tonight because I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I want to have made some progress last I was checked I was 1 cm and 0 effaced four weeks ago. Thanks I went to the hospital to be checked to make sure was okay because was not moving the way she normally does they said she was strong. But I was still 1 cm 0 effaced. So when I go to the doctor I will see if I made some progress.
