Possibly teething? My son started teething at 3 months but teeth didn't erupt till later.

Sometimes they can teeth early

Those are all teething symptoms. So you may just have an early teether. @mrskelly

@mrskelly, when he's super fussy and you've done everything and he won't calm down rub his gums. If they feel like they're bumped up a little he's definitely teething

Even just the slightest. You may just barely be able to feel it.
