Not a homemade one, but Desitin Max (purple tube) and Neosporin tend to help with my LOs worse rashes when she gets them. Neosporin on first and then Desitin

I know it says Eczema, but you could also use it for rashes. my oldest had a rash that wouldn't go away since his stomach virus was coming out thru diarrhea, and this was the only thing to make it go away and relive the pain.

When you put the diaper rash cream make sure it's dry before you put it on and when you apply put it on the baby like your frosting a cake

budrouxs butt paste has been a miracle for my little girl. It's like $8 a tube but lasts forever and i use it every day!

and also, I know you might not want to leave her diaper off for the day, but you should. where ever she sits just put a towel down and one with plastic on her bed to sleep with it off during her naps. airing it out helps a lot.

Bag balm. Not sure of the availability near you! I always used a mix powder and cream. Aired my boys bottoms real good, put cream, and then powder on top! It will get better :) Try to let her sit without a diaper as often as you can and for as long as possible. Moisture is a diaper rashes worst enemy.

she was diaperless all day today she loved that until after her bath and i put one on her for the night. but she needs it because she normally poops at night @kelseys

@s_r_z_15, I thought I was the only one to use neosporin on baby butts. It's not cheap but it always helped me. Lots and lots of naked time also helped. You can also do butt cream and vasoline over it to block moisture from irritating the sore spots.

when my son had a bad rash, we just put a plastic bag down and then some towels over it for at night when he was sleeping and it was horrible because he had diarrhea but it helped a lot.

maybe tomorrow when she takes a bath for the night, leave her without one till she's actually asleep then put it on her.

That happened to my daughter switch back to the brand u was using or even try a different brand but it may be the pampers for my daughter it was and just keep using the cream the cream won't work if the pampers care the problem

yeah both my kids can't use huggies or pampers I've been with luvs but now im going with cloth diapers ... but babies r us brand is the one i usually get but i don't have one close enough anymore. @domxtwo

Vaseline helps. I'd let my niece get some air for awhile then put that on it. Really helped

Brown flour plus mix your creams together with Monistat in put on your baby...works wonders had the same problem tell someone older told me what to do.

I soak my kids in a medicated bath then put a&d ointment it works wonders you just have to put a lot of it on. hope she feels better soon tho :/ @beckahhkathleen
