Hun I'm in the same boat. I'm 2cm dilated and went in because im having bad back pain and was having time able contractions at 10 mins apart. They got to 7 mins apart at the hospital but they still sent me home and said they couldn't do anything unless it was 5 mins or less. I'm sitting here in more pain now than I was having when I was at the hospital :(

I've read nipple stimulation does the trick.
