Has anyone heard of mom's who trade off hours with each other? Like for example, one mom goes to work from 8 to 12 and the other mom watches her baby and the first mom's baby. Then when the first mom comes home, she watches her baby and the second mom's baby so the second mom can go to work. Is this a real thing?
