Spray warm water on your crotch while you pee.. Also tucks pads helped me tremendously!!! Keep them on your pad .. It may feel kinda wet but it helps soothe and heal!

Personally the spray didn't help, I used baby rash cream (desitin) every time before peeing and I promise it works miracles and helped it heal faster!

the hospital should have gave you the dermaplast spray and some witch hazel pads! they help wonders! if they didn't see if they will give you them!

Dermaplast spray with lidocaine. It's a miracle in a can! You can get it at any drug store or Walmart
