When is it usually not safe to travel outta state, flight or driving, when prego? I'm planning a trip the month before I'm due. I know my doc will tell me too, but just curious what others have been told..

I wouldn't do it at all I was told I'd be okay to fly also was told I was 29 weeks. got on a plane from Texas to California went into preterm labor the next day and found out I was 31 weeks... I wouldn't chance it

Wowzers! Did you have the baby @mami1212? I haven't been home in almost 2 years (since my wedding) so I wanna see my fam & friends. I'll have to see how I feel and what doc says. I'll be 32-33 weeks when/if I do.

@expectingz, it was from Texas to California so when I landed in California my water broke the next day... they don't know why it happened they say it could have been friends. the pressure of the plane but that at 31 weeks or even at 29 I shouldn't have been on a plane
