How do they diagnose preeclampsia? When do people typically get diagnosed?

@rachelhoffmans, I always say if you are worried just make a call to the nurse first thing in the morning. If nothing else it will set your mind at ease if they say everything is okay. Or get you in sooner if concerned.

@rachelhoffmans, my doc said 150/90 was the blood pressure cut off. If you have incredible amounts of swelling and water weight gain that would be bad. When do you see your doc again

They looked for protein in my urine, sudden weight gain and swelling and migraines. All the way up until I delivered.

I don't really have any indicators other then since about 27 weeks I've seen spots in my vision. Then over the past couple days my chest has been hurting so bad and I've been dizzy. My blood pressure has been 130/74 and I don't know if that's high or not. I've just been feeling off. @emeliaday

24 hour Urine test for protein levels, blood test and blood pressure readings. I'm being monitored weekly due to early indicators
