I think I'm having an anxiety attack. I don't know what to do. my ex husband has primary custody of our son strictly so he could keep his housing on post when he was in the military, even though I kept custodial (verbal agreement.) He's never given me child support and only sees his son on the weekends. he got kicked out of the military a month ago for domestic battery to his new gf- which I also dealt with when we were married. Flash forward to now, he picked our son up Friday for his visitation under the agreement that he would bring him back Sunday at 6pm. He will not answer my calls and responded back via text that I can pick our son up at 7pm on Friday per our divorce agreement. The police can't/won't do anything because of our court paperwork. I'm sick to my stomach and so worried about my son and there's nothing I can do. 😭

I don't understand! I haven't talked to him since he asked if he could drop him off and I said yes. I didn't do anything to deserve this, and neither did my son. He knows where home is. He knows he was supposed to come back to mommas on Sunday and we had plans for a movie day tomorrow, just me and him. I can't even call to speak with him to cover up and pretend like he's just spending a few extra days with daddy. my son is my world and I don't think his dad will hurt him but I can't believe he would hurt me this bad for no reason.

Any updates? I hope he at least answers your calls. Try not to stress even though I'd imagine it's very scary for you

Yeah you might want to get back custody since he's been kicked out of military anyway. It sucks you try to help someone then they pull a stunt like this. Let's jus hope your son is enjoying his dad and isn't stressing

I 've been pestering him months about switching out custody back. I wanted to do it together so it wasn't a battle, but obviously he doesn't appreciate me working with him...so...@babybland,

Yes! thank you! He brought him back the next day. His baby sitter quit and he doesn't have the support group I do and realized that it wasn't going to work how he had planned. Its not as simple as just having him and a place for him to sleep. he tried to pull some stupid crap in the process, but he's a desperate person grasping at straws for control. Long story short my son is happily at home where he belongs. @babybland
