nope I feel the same exact way! Inducing and membrane sweeping terrifies me and if my baby is breech then that's what it is. Get the baby out as safely as possible

I'm terrified of having a vaginal delivery. Nearly everyone in my family hasn't been able to due to something going wrong. This will be my first baby and I've debated just asking my doc to schedule a c-section. I don't think he'd do it though.

I tore in three places and my baby had a little head, it's really not bad. It feels weird for a little while after but I didn't have any pain.

I've had 3 c-sections and I'm having a 4th. I would rather do it that way honestly if I were given a choice. Props to any mom, because giving birth is hard no matter how it's done. But my recoveries were easy.

I didn't tear at all and I only pushed for an hour. It really isn't all that bad. You need to try and think positive thoughts.

@buglyn, it's not about it being bad; I'm not thinking negatively. A cesarean isn't a negative thing?? I was simply stating that I would prefer it over induction, forceps/vacuum, membrane sweeps, and forcing the baby to turn. I don't want anything that's going to cause extra stress and pain on my body especially if there is a possibility that it may not even work. At that point I feel like it is what it is and a c-section is preferred. Everyone has different opinions though. I just wanted to see if I was the only one.

@kmunoz our daughter has a huge head already lmao and I'm only 22 weeks. The ultrasound tech even said something about it 😭😭😂😂 it's her daddy's fault.

@mazeyy09 my mom was induced with my brother and she said it was the worst pain of her entire life and she almost wasn't able to do a drug-free birth. Nobody told her it makes the labor pains worse. She said she would have gone with a cesarean if she had been notified of it.

@katarama, no it's not just you. My little girl is breech now and has a head in the 99th percentile. We have a scheduled c section but they said if she turns they will induce me and let me try vaginally. I do NOT want to. At all!!!

I'm pretty terrified of tearing too. Plus my boyfriend was almost 10lbs at birth 😳 I'm pretty scared of that! At 29 weeks he was in the 50th percentile so not too big and not too small so hopefully he stays that way! But like you I'll be alright with getting a c section if it's necessary. I won't ask for it because of how awful I've heard the recovery is but I'm not completely against having one if needed
