Definitely read about the different stages of labor. Our birth class went over that and it helped me a lot.

I watched them and regret it. This will be my 6th delivery and I'm more terrified because of watching them. lol

@nadthomp13, a little bit of both . The actual labor didn't freak me out but watching women get the epidural scared the hell outta me , that's really my only fear . I still watch them now ..

this is my third baby and I've watched a lot of YouTube labor videos . especially the ones in the birthing tub at their home. seems peaceful

I wish i could too! Its like my dream labor but I have health issues so everyone is freaking out about me not going traditional with as many doctors hovering over me as possible. 😒 @paisleysmom
