I've had both my kids young that I didn't even know we had to do that 🙄

My hospital wanted us to do that at 28 weeks. We filled out one of their forms and mailed it to them.

@shauntaet I think you just call the hospital registration and fill out paperwork ahead of time... I never thought it took that long to do. I probably won't pre register with my daughter either.
