painful and few complication in my labour but both here and healthy. I loved it and can't wait to do it again xx

labour is different for everyone. this is my 4th and they have all been different. Dont worry most are straight forward and if the pain gets to much take the pain relief offered xx

I had mine in the pool and it was the best thing in the world, no pain relief and a good support person, you'll be fine!xxx
