Only had 3 hours of sleep woke up cause I had to pee and I am still so stuffy I can't get back to…

I swear every pregnancy I have stuffy n runny nose. it lasts the whole time it drives me crazy

I have stuffy and bloody noses it sucks! I even try blowing my nose to see if it helps and it makes it worse @stephrox

blowing will make bloody nose worse. I have HG (Hyperemesis Gravidarum) and deal with that also. when your nostrils are dry, try and keep them wet using a q tip dip it in water and just a little inside each nostril can help. also, hot showers (keep away from your belly) a warm rag on your sinus areas, humidifier.. I hope any of this helps.

I have the stuffy nose too. But i have been taking medicine for it, it helps but then I get woken up because I can't breathe lol
