Ok so I lost my mucus plug... I'm 32 weeks... I ask the doc and he said I should worry but I kinda am and thoughts?

No worries! They can regenerate themselves if you lose it too early. Happened to me twice.

it can regrow itself. so no need to worry like your doc said. and just because it came out doesn't mean you'll go into labor soon either. you'll be fine.

But will it regrow even tho I'm 32 weeks? I have contractions at least once a day.

id be careful if i were u lost mine at 31 weeks and 5 days. had my daughter at 33 weeks 5 days 2 weeks later
